We have to find the strength to speak up before it`s too late for so many other young people who are in danger of becoming addicted to drugs.
Seen live by thousands across the country, The Courage To Speak® Presentation successfully facilitates open and honest discussion between adults and children about the issue of substance abuse, inspires young people to refuse drugs and supports parents to help their children make healthy choices.

The Courage to Speak® Foundation fosters open communication about the prevention of alcohol and other drug use among young people.
About the Substance Abuse Drug Prevention Video
As the mother of a young man whose dreams and life came to an end because of substance abuse, Ginger shares a powerfully moving story that truly saves lives. It is a remarkably personal tale that transcends age, race and gender. Speaking to the hearts and minds of students and parents alike, Ginger weaves life saving facts about prevention with the Katz’s riveting family story. Imploring children and teens to follow the positive passions in their lives, Ginger urges them to find adults in whom they can confide about the things that trouble them (parents, teachers, counselors, clergy, family friends).
