Terms & Conditions for the Facilitator Training Course

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in this facilitator training course, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. This training is provided by Courage to Speak® Foundation, Inc. as an educational service to help facilitators effectively deliver prevention-based presentations.

2. Eligibility & Participation
This course is intended for individuals who seek to become certified facilitators through Courage to Speak® Foundation, Inc. Participants must complete all required course components to receive certification.

3. Non-Commercial Use
The training materials, resources, and curriculum provided in this course are for personal and educational use only. Facilitators may use the content solely for the purpose of delivering approved prevention-based presentations under Courage to Speak – Courageous Parenting 101® programs. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the course materials without written permission from Courage to Speak® Foundation, Inc. is strictly prohibited.

4. Certification Requirements
To obtain certification, participants must:

  • Complete all required lessons and modules
  • Successfully pass any required assessments or quizzes
  • Follow the guidelines for delivering presentations as outlined in the training
    Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of certification.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and will only collect personal information necessary for course enrollment and certification. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

6. Course Modifications & Termination
Courage to Speak® Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to modify the course content, structure, or requirements at any time. Additionally, access to the training may be revoked if a participant engages in misconduct or violates these Terms & Conditions.
