“Courageous Parenting 101″ Event in Norwalk”

Courage to Speak 101®, a drug education and prevention program for parents wishing to arm themselves with the knowledge of how to keep their children safe.
On October 20, 2011 at West Rocks Middle School at 6:30 p.m. the program will be kicking off with The Courage to Speak® Presentation by Ginger Katz, Founder and CEO and author of Sunny’s Story. Ginger Katz started the Foundation in 1996 shortly after her son, Ian, died of a drug overdose. She vowed to do everything in her power to prevent this tragedy from befalling another family.
The first session will follow the Presentation, sessions two and three will continue October 27th and November 3rd at 6:30 p.m. A light dinner fare will be served at 6:00 before each session. Child care is available with advanced notice.
